Year 4 had a fantastic World Book Day at Muswell Hill Baptist Church!

On Friday 8th March, Year 4 attend a World Book Day event at the Muswell Hill Baptist Church. It was an exciting event and five other local schools attended. There were 4 well-known authors who each did a presentation about their latest book. The children particularly enjoyed Rosie Jones, who spoke about a book she’d written about a little girl, Edie Eckhart, who had cerebral palsy. Rosie shared her own experiences of her disability, which was very moving. Another highlight was Rob Biddulph who bought his guitar and the children had a singalong with him! He discussed how he writes and illustrates his stories – it was fantastic!
