The London Waiting Room workshop held on 3rd March at Tetherdown provided an informative and supportive experience for the small group of parents who attended.
In this intimate session, families had the valuable opportunity to hear directly from the creator of the NHS London Waiting Room website, gaining first-hand insight into how the platform is designed to help parents navigate local Mental Health services and access practical resources while awaiting assessments or support. Parents were shown how to use the website’s filters to find relevant guidance, explore available tools and services.
The session was well received, and we would be happy to run it again in the future should parents request another workshop.
