Double, double toil and trouble!

Year 6 Phoenix delivered an incredibly successful class assembly inspired by Macbeth.
Year 6 Phoenix delivered an incredibly successful class assembly inspired by Macbeth. The children confidently performed excerpts from Shakespeare’s original play and retold the story in an exciting, child-friendly way for the rest of the school.
The assembly also showcased their fantastic musical talents, with pupils rapping and singing while being accompanied by the class on a wide range of instruments. Looking ahead to their end-of-year production, the children have been busy familiarising themselves with our lighting deck and even designed the lighting for the assembly themselves.
A brilliant performance demonstrating creativity, teamwork and confidence—well done, Year 6 Phoenix!
