EYFS, KS1 and KS2 Sports Day - A Day to Remember

What a brilliant Sports Day we had! Both KS1 and KS2 pupils brought their energy and spirit to a fun-filled day of activities.

What an incredible day we had for this year’s Key Stage 2 Sports Day! Despite the soaring temperatures, our wonderful children showed true determination, teamwork, and enthusiasm from start to finish.

Under the warm summer sun, the children ran, jumped, and cheered each other on with big smiles. It was amazing to see every pupil giving their very best, whether they were racing to the finish line or encouraging their teammates with kind words and chants.

We were so proud of how sensibly the children coped with the heat – drinking plenty of water, resting in the shade when needed, and listening carefully to their teachers. A big thank you to all the staff for making sure everyone stayed safe and happy throughout the day.

And of course, thank you to all the families who came to support – your cheers and encouragement meant the world to the children!

Well done to all our young athletes for their hard work, dedication, and wonderful team spirit. We’re so proud of you all!

A huge thank you to our wonderful staff and Year 6 Sports Leaders who supported and helped by organising such a fun and safe event. To our fantastic parents and carers for cheering from the sidelines and creating such a supportive atmosphere. The children loved every moment, and we’re so proud of their effort and enthusiasm!
