Absence Request: Online Form
Requests for absence will only be authorised in exceptional circumstances and should be made at least 1 week in advance to the proposed date(s) of the absence.
Please ensure that you do not book holidays or flights for before term ends or for after term has begun. Every day in school matters. It is impossible for us to distinguish between a bona fide request for leave and those taking an opportunity to leave for a holiday.
All requests for leave during term time are monitored by the Headteacher who may request to meet with you to discuss your request further.
Independent Travellers: Online Form
When children reach Year 5 pupils can travel to and from school independently with prior parental consent in Year 5 and Year 6. If you allow your child to travel to and from school alone please complete our online form and submit to us.
Destination Leavers Form: PDF
For pupils that leave Tetherdown School we require certain information to enable a smooth transition to your child's next school therefore we ask all parents to complete a Destination Leavers Form and return this form to the school office within five days.
Please note the Destination Leavers Form must be signed and dated by both parents.
Haringey Music Services: Forms
We are part of the Haringey Instrumental Scheme through which parents can arrange lessons from peripatetic music teachers for children from Year 2 to Year 6 in violin, piano, woodwind, trumpet and guitar. We ask that you limit music instrumental tuition to a maximum of two instruments, including voice.
Stevensons PE Kit: Website Link
PE and Games are amongst the regular time tabled class activities. Stevensons, specialises in sports wear and supply Tetherdown with our branded PE kit. On timetabled PE days children must wear their kit to school with appropriate footwear for indoor and outdoor activities. Jewellery should not be worn during PE and earrings worn at school should only be studs. Watches etc. must be removed and stored.
Our uniform company are also now selling Tetherdown sun hats and PE t-shirts in a larger size.

School Book bag: Website Link
Book bags are available to purchase for pupils online via Classlist.
To purchase via Classlist you will first need to create an account with Classlist then login to purchase a Tetherdown book bag.
To redeem your book bag please present the receipt from your purchase to the class teacher as proof of purchase. The class teacher will then give you a book bag.
