As you may be aware the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is in force.  

Tetherdown School collects, hold’s and shares certain personal data relating to pupils and their families that you provide us.  As part of our commitment to compliance and protection of your personal information we will continue to work on our processes for data collection and protection.

What's Changed? 

We are not changing how we use or collect your information. Rather, our Privacy Notice explains more clearly what we collect, hold and share, and the reasons why, which includes how long we store your personal data. Our Privacy Notice also reflects your rights under GDPR.

We have appointed a data protection office (DPO) to oversee compliance with data protection and our Privacy Notice. If you have any questions about how we handle your personal information which cannot be resolved by the School Business Manager then you can contact the DPO using the details provided below.
