Safeguarding update 11.12.15

posted 11 Dec 2015, 03:58 by Tetherdown Primary

Dear Parents and Carers

Following an incident at a local school earlier in the week:

We are reminding parents to remain vigilant at pick up and drop off times.

At Tetherdown Primary School we believe that children’s safety is of paramount importance. As a school we will:

 1)    Continue to discuss safety with the children as part of our curriculum.

 2)    Continue to lead assemblies that are informative on general safety and well-being.

 3)    Continue to alert parents and carers to remain vigilant.

 4)    Invite the Community Police to be involved in advising the school so that we remain as safe as possible.

If you have any concerns at all please contact the police.  Any information for us will be gratefully received.
